Lights Out Labs was founded by Richard Kellermeyer, a technology leader with more than 25 years in software, including technical leadership roles in San Francisco, Southern California and Nashville. He designs and directs every engagement: shaping the plan in discovery, setting clear terms, measuring real progress, and reviewing the work before it ships.

He built it after watching too many projects fail the same way: vague plans, moving targets, and promises nobody could keep. So the rules here are simple. Discovery comes before price. Progress is something you can check, not a date someone guessed. AI does the heavy lifting, and a person reviews every change and answers for it.
